Note on Bending Radius:
D * 1.5 = R (minimum bend inner radius)
Example: For a pipe with Diameter D = 4 inches (101.6 mm), the minimum inner radius should be 101.6 mm * 1.5 = 152.4 mm. A larger radius will facilitate easier bending.

Machine Installation, Debugging, and Operation
• Pre-Installation Checks:
- Verify that all machine parts and electrical components are complete and undamaged. Check for any loose or damaged fasteners from transportation.
- Ensure the machine is installed on a level surface to prevent operational vibration and potential damage to components.
• Power Connection:
- After thorough inspection, connect the power source to the designated terminal.
- Switch on the controller power.
Note: The machine should be placed on a stable, level surface. Use a national standard copper cable of at least 6 sq. mm. for power supply within 50 meters and ensure a leakage protection switch is installed.
• No-Load Test:
- With the power connected, turn on the controller. A normal digital display should appear. If not, verify power supply phase and voltage.
- Set an arbitrary angle (5-200°) via the control panel. Engage the foot switch. Confirm correct motor direction. If the motor reverses or the display is abnormal, check phase wiring. The motor should rotate clockwise during bending and counter-clockwise during retraction.
• Load Test:
- Preparation: Install appropriate bending dies (inner wheel, guide strip) based on pipe diameter and desired curvature. Adjust the pinch device.
- Pipe Clamping: Set the fixed length for the pipe to be bent and securely clamp the pipe.
- Angle Setting: Configure the desired bending angle using the control panel.
- Bending Operation: Depress the foot pedal switch to initiate bending. After each bend, release the clamping device. Repeat steps 2 and 4 for subsequent bends.
- Angle Correction: If the actual bend angle deviates from the set angle, perform angle correction as per the control panel instructions.
- Mass Production Setup: Once successful, repeat steps 2 and 4 to commence mass production.
Equipment Safety, Maintenance, and Servicing
1) Safety Precautions:
- Read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation. Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and operating instructions.
- Do not alter or remove any safety devices. Keep clear of moving parts and the motor during operation. Avoid contact with processed pipes. Do not place unauthorized items on the equipment.
- Always disconnect the main power supply before performing any maintenance to prevent electrical hazards.
2) Maintenance Schedule:
- General: Read the manual before maintenance. Follow procedures precisely. Protect the electrical system from environmental elements (rain, dust, etc.) if operating outdoors. Always disconnect main power before maintenance.
- Operational Safety: Never disconnect the power switch while the device is running; this can cause damage.
- Long-Term Storage: Disconnect main power, set components to non-working state, cover the machine, and apply anti-rust oil to susceptible areas.
- Routine Maintenance:
- End of Shift/Start of Shift: Clean the equipment to remove iron oxide and debris.
- Monthly: Inspect mechanical parts for oil leaks or loose connections. Check gearbox for lubrication.
- Weekly: Ensure the control device is clean. Check for loose wiring connections and clean dust from control components.
