MYQC-80CNC Seven-Wheel Servo Rounding Machine
Features:
1. Reducer drive with eight sets of four roller transmission sets, featuring a compact structure and high reliability.
2. Six-wheel drive ensures high anti-slip performance, allowing for bending of thin-walled materials.
3. Servo motor controls the diameter reduction, achieving multiple different bending radii on a single pipe joint.
4. The foot switch includes an emergency stop system for ease of operation.
5. The machine is equipped with a balanced transmission system. Parameter settings are solely configured via the touchscreen, enabling the production of circles, arcs, or spirals with varying curvatures.
6. By changing die profiles, various metal profiles such as angle steel, flat steel, round steel, and other profiles with different cross-sections can be processed.
7. Large radius profile bending capability, avoiding the drawbacks of ultra-large bending dies. This machine is an essential complement for tasks unachievable by single-head and double-head pipe bending machines.
