D*1.5 = R (minimum radius that can be bent).
Example: Diameter D = 4 inches = 101.6 mm.
R should be 101.6 * 1.5 = 152.4 mm inner radius minimum. A larger radius is easier to bend.

Main Performance And Characteristics (Overview)
The WG-38/-50/-75 CNC pipe bending machine is primarily used to bend various steel and stainless steel pipes of different materials and diameters. Compared to existing market models, it offers the following advantages:
- Efficient pipe bending.
- Durable and easy-to-maintain gear transmission.
- Capable of bending thick and thin tubes cost-effectively.
- Intuitive pedal and CNC operation for quick and reliable results.

Machine Installation, Debugging, and Operation
• Pre-Installation Checks:
- Before installation and use, verify that all machine parts and electrical components are intact and free from damage or loose connections incurred during transportation.
- Ensure the machine is installed on a level surface to prevent operational vibrations that could damage components or electrical systems.
• Power Connection:
- After a thorough inspection, connect the power source to the terminal.
- Turn on the controller power switch.
Note: The machine must be placed on a stable, level surface. Use a national standard copper cable with a minimum cross-section of 6 sq. mm for power supply within 50 meters, and ensure a leakage protection switch is installed.
• No-Load Test:
- Activate the controller power switch. A normal digital display should appear. If not, check for power phase issues or incorrect voltage.
- Following the “Angle Setting Operation” procedure, set an arbitrary angle (between 5° and 200°). Depress the foot switch to initiate bending and verify motor direction. If the controller displays abnormally, invert the phase connection. The motor should rotate clockwise during bending and counterclockwise during retraction.
• Load Test:
- Preparation: Select and install the appropriate bending die (inner wheel, guide strip, etc.) based on the pipe diameter and desired curvature. Adjust the pinch device to the correct position.
- Pipe Securing: Set the fixed length device according to the pipe length to be bent and securely clamp the steel pipe.
- Angle Setting: Refer to the “Control Panel Easy Description” to set the desired bending angle.
- Bending Process: Depress the foot switch incrementally for each angle. After each bend, release the clamping device. Repeat steps 2 and 4 to bend subsequent sections or pipes.
- Angle Correction: If the actual bent angle deviates from the set angle, perform angle correction using the “Control Panel Easy Description”.
- Mass Production: After successful testing and calibration, repeat steps 2 and 4 to commence mass production.
Equipment Safety, Maintenance, and Care
1) Safety Precautions:
- Carefully read this manual before installation and operation. Adhere strictly to all precautions and operating instructions for operator safety and equipment longevity.
- During operation, do not tamper with or modify safety devices. Avoid proximity to moving parts and the workpiece. Do not place unauthorized objects on the equipment.
- Always disconnect the main power supply before performing any maintenance to prevent electrical hazards.
2) Maintenance and Care:
- Perform maintenance following the manual’s procedures. Protect the equipment from elements like rain, sun, sand, and dust if used outdoors, especially the electrical control system. Ensure main power is disconnected before maintenance.
- Do not disconnect the power switch while the device is running, as this can cause damage.
- For long-term storage: Disconnect the main power, secure all parts, cover the equipment, and apply anti-rust oil to susceptible areas.
D. Routine Maintenance Schedule:
- End of Shift/Startup: Clean the equipment to remove iron oxide and debris.
- Monthly: Inspect mechanical parts for oil leaks or looseness and address immediately. Check gearbox lubricant levels.
- Weekly: Ensure control devices are clean and hygienic. Verify electrical connections are secure. Clean dust from control components.
