Installation: Correct Installation Procedure for Linear Blocks

1. Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
2. Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
3. Slide the block fully onto the guide rail.
4. Installation complete; do not remove the retaining balls.

During installation, do not remove the protective guide rails from the slider beforehand, as this may cause the internal steel balls to dislodge, preventing proper installation and use. When disassembling, use the protective rails to prevent ball loss.

Installation Tips:

Without the protective rails, the sharp edges of a No. 55 steel guide rail can easily eject the balls from the ball groove.
