Installation: Correct Installation Procedure for Linear Blocks

- Position the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently slide the block onto the guide rail.
- Continue sliding the block along the guide rail until fully seated.
- Installation is complete. Ensure the retaining balls remain in place.

During installation, do not remove the plastic dummy rails within the slider prematurely. Doing so can cause the internal balls to dislodge, preventing proper installation and operation. When disassembling, ensure the dummy rail is used to retain the balls and prevent their loss.
Installation Tip: Using a guide rail without dummy rails, especially those made of #55 steel with sharp cutting edges, can lead to the premature ejection of balls from the ball grooves.
