Operating Principle
- The machine utilizes a spiral dough rolling and kneading system, followed by vertical extrusion. The dough is pressed into a hollow nozzle.
- The filling system cuts and mixes ingredients without requiring water, preventing clogging. Dough is extruded at an appropriate speed through the filling hopper, conveyor tube, and nozzle.
- At the forming stage, the dough is shaped into a cylindrical form and cut by the nozzle into individual salapao (either round or 12-pleated).
- Once formed, the salapao are automatically deposited onto the conveyor belt.

Safety Precautions
1. Ensure the grounding wire is securely connected before operating the machine.
2. Maintain an ambient operating temperature between 5°C and 35°C. Air conditioning is recommended for optimal performance.
3. Do not operate the machine while wearing sandals or barefoot.
4. Securely close the sealing plate of the forming unit and tighten screws before starting the machine.
5. The machine must not operate in reverse. Doing so can damage internal components.
6. A dedicated operator (minimum 1 person) must be present during operation. Never insert hands into the dough kneading screw or filling port to prevent accidents.
7. Do not insert hands or hard objects into the forming block during startup to avoid injury or damage.
Operating Guidelines
- Ensure all accessories are correctly attached and secured. Verify all connections before operation.
- The automatic salapao machine must be properly grounded.
- Do not reverse the electrical current, as this can damage machine components.
- Never insert hands into active operating areas.
- Avoid placing tools, equipment, or solid objects on the machine during operation.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- After each use, disassemble and clean all components of the salapao production machine. Reassemble after cleaning.
- Clean specialized forming knives and apply cooking oil for future use to prolong their lifespan.
