- The Automatic Bun Salapao Machine utilizes a spiral kneading process followed by vertical extrusion. A screw-driven mechanism combined with a vacuum pump ensures precise filling insertion into the dough center.
- Dough is kneaded and formed, with all machine parameters, including frequency, bun size, and filling amount, precisely controllable.
- The machine features a compact structural design. Food-grade components and the exterior casing are easily detachable for maintenance.

Working Principle
- The process begins with the dough being fed into a spiral kneading mechanism, which then extrudes it vertically and compresses it into a hollow nozzle.
- The filling system cuts and mixes the filling without requiring water to prevent viscosity. Dough is extruded into the hollow nozzle at a controlled speed through the filling hopper and outlet.
- Upon exiting the nozzle, the dough is formed into a cylindrical shape and cut into individual buns, either round or 12-pleated.
- Once formed, the buns are automatically discharged onto a conveyor belt.

Safety Precautions
1. Ensure the protective ground wire is connected before operating the machine.
2. Maintain an ambient temperature between 5°C and 35°C for optimal performance. Air conditioning is recommended.
3. Do not operate the machine barefoot or while wearing open-toed footwear.
4. Secure the sealing plate of the forming mold and tighten the screws before starting.
5. The machine must not operate in reverse direction to prevent internal component damage.
6. Continuous supervision (minimum 1 person) is required during operation. Do not reach into the dough kneading screw or filling channels to avoid accidents.
7. Never insert hands or hard objects into the forming block during startup to prevent accidents and damage.
Operational Guidelines
- Pay close attention to the installation and removal of machine accessories. Ensure all parts are securely locked in place. Verify before each operation.
- The automatic bun machine must be properly grounded.
- Reverse current operation is prohibited as it can damage machine components.
- Do not insert hands into active operational areas.
- Avoid placing equipment, tools, or other solid objects on the machine during operation.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- After each use, disassemble the bun machine for cleaning and reassembly.
- The specialized forming knife mold should be cleaned and lightly lubricated with cooking oil for subsequent use, which also extends its lifespan.
- For components subject to long-term wear, apply grease for lubrication in the cam groove of the forming plate.
