Description
Linear Rail SBR50
4 Meter Length

Specification
Linear Rail SBR10 model size : 10 / 12 / 16 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 50 mm
Features
- Linear bearing is a low-cost production of linear motion system for unlimited travel in conjunction with the cylinder axis. Because of point contact between ball and straight axis, so the load is small.
- The ball is spinning with the smallest friction, it can run a high precision and smooth motion.
- Flange linear bearings can be divided into: round flange type, oval flange, guide wheel flange, guide the oval flange type, plus long round flange type.
- This is the sliding unit with the aluminium case, shafts and aluminium rail for preventing deflexion.
- This is the complete sliding unit systems and can be clamped simply tightening by bolt with high accuracy.
- The support rail unit provides maximum rigidity and stiffness to the shaft throughout the whole stroke, and ensure the performance of the unit.

Linear Rail SBR Assembly with Sliding Block

Rear View of Linear Rail SBR

The HGH and SBR linear slide blocks differ in several aspects regarding their application and characteristics:
HGH Linear Slide Block (Linear Guideway)
- Structure: The HGH type linear slide features a guideway with recirculating ball bearings around the shaft, providing smoothness and durability.
- Precision: Offers high precision, making it suitable for applications requiring fine resolution and accuracy, such as CNC machines and measuring instruments.
- Load Capacity: High load-bearing capacity and resistance to impact.
- Applications: Used in heavy-duty industrial applications like machinery manufacturing, component production, and electronic assembly.
SBR Linear Slide Block (Support Rail Guide)
- Structure: The SBR type linear slide consists of a round shaft with ball bearings moving along the rail, offering flexibility in application.
- Precision: Provides moderate precision, not ideal for applications demanding extremely high resolution.
- Load Capacity: Lower load capacity than HGH but offers greater flexibility.
- Applications: Suitable for applications not requiring high precision, such as 3D printers, small laser cutters, and general motion systems.
Summary of Differences
- HGH: Ideal for applications requiring high precision and significant load capacity.
- SBR: Suitable for applications prioritizing flexibility and general use.
When choosing between HGH and SBR, consider the specific requirements and intended use of the application.
