Description
Linear Block, Sliding Block
Model Series: HGH/HGW
- Designed for use with linear rails.
- HGH represents a square block linear rail, while HGW is a wide block type (with wings).
- Linear blocks are utilized with linear rails across various industries, including CNC machinery, serving as load-bearing components on the slide rail.
- Manufactured from steel or aluminum, these blocks incorporate internal bearings for locomotion.
- They facilitate smooth, rapid, and convenient linear movement along the rail.
- The HGH series features a square block profile, whereas the HGW series offers a wide, flanged block profile.
Features: Linear Block (HGH and HGW Series)
- High precision, smoothness, superior wear resistance, and low noise operation.
- Advanced manufacturing technology ensures precise products with high hardness and durability.
- Excellent load-bearing capacity and minimal friction.
- Widely applicable in CNC machine tools, machining centers, electronics, automation machinery, textile machinery, automotive woodworking machinery, printing machinery, etc.
Specifications: Linear Block (HGH and HGW Series)
Linear Block: HGH

Linear Block: HGW

Installation: Correct Installation Procedure for Linear Blocks

- Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently push the slider into the guide rail.
- Ensure the slider moves smoothly into the guide rail.
- Installation is complete; do not force the slider if resistance is met, as this could dislodge internal components.

To prevent premature dislodgement of internal steel balls during installation, it is crucial not to remove the protective plastic guide rails from the slider beforehand. Conversely, when disassembling, these false rails should be used in conjunction with the removal process to retain the steel balls.
Installation Tip: Using the guide rail without its protective false rails, especially if the guide rail is made of No. 55 steel, can lead to the ejection of balls from the ball groove.

The HGW and HGH series linear blocks differ in several aspects related to their intended application and characteristics:
Structure and Design
HGW (Heavy Load Wide Linear Guide)
- Wide Structure: Features a wider rail and block design, enhancing stability and load distribution.
- Load Capacity: Engineered for heavy-duty applications, offering superior load-bearing capabilities compared to SBR (Support Rail Guide) blocks.
HGH (High-precision Linear Guide)
- Standard Structure: Characterized by a square rail profile with internal ball or roller bearings.
- High Precision: Delivers exceptional accuracy in motion, making it suitable for applications demanding high precision.
Load Capacity and Stability
- HGW: Provides greater load capacity than HGH, ideal for heavy-duty applications requiring superior stability and weight distribution. The wider rail contributes to improved motion stability and reduced vibration and deflection.
- HGH: Offers good load capacity, though less than HGW, with a primary focus on motion accuracy. Suitable for applications requiring high precision but not excessive load handling.
Applications
- HGW: Utilized in applications demanding high load capacity and stability, such as heavy industrial machinery, large CNC machines, and equipment requiring robust durability.
- HGH: Employed in applications where high precision and smooth motion are critical, including CNC machines, 3D printers, and precision manufacturing equipment.
Summary
- HGW: Recommended for applications requiring heavy load handling and high stability.
- HGH: Recommended for applications demanding high precision and smooth motion.
The selection between HGW and HGH depends on the specific requirements of the application. For superior stability and load capacity, HGW is the preferred choice, while HGH is more suitable for applications prioritizing precision. สนใจหรือติดต่อสอบถาม โทร
