Installation: Correct Installation Procedure for Linear Sliding Blocks

- Align the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently insert the slider into the guide rail.
- Slide the slider along the guide rail.
- Installation is complete. Ensure no steel balls are lost during the process.

During installation, do not remove the protective plastic rails from the slider in advance, as this can lead to the loss of internal steel balls, preventing normal installation and operation. When disassembling, use the protective rails to prevent ball ejection.
Installation Tips:
If the guide rail (made of No. 55 steel) is not used with the protective false rails, the sharp edges at the corners of the rail can easily eject the balls from the ball grooves.
