Installation: Correct Procedure for Linear Blocks

- Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
- The slider should slide smoothly into the guide rail.
- Installation is complete; ensure no steel balls are dislodged.

During installation, do not remove the protective plastic guide rails from the slider beforehand, as this can cause the internal steel balls to dislodge, preventing proper installation and function. When disassembling, use the protective rails to prevent ball loss.
Installation Tips:
If not using with protective rails, the sharp edges of guide rails made of No. 55 steel can eject the balls from the ball groove.
