Installation: Correct Installation Procedure for Linear Blocks

1. Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
2. Gently push the slider into the guide rail.
3. The slider slides into the guide rail.
4. Installation is complete; do not allow steel balls to exit.

During installation, do not remove the plastic retaining rails from the slider beforehand, as this can lead to the premature dislodging of steel balls and prevent proper installation and operation. When disassembling, utilize the retaining rails to prevent ball loss.
Installation Tips:
If the slider is not used with retaining rails, the sharp edges of the guide rail (made of No. 55 steel) can easily eject the balls from the ball grooves.
