Installation Procedure: Linear Block Installation

- Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
- Slide the block along the guide rail.
- Installation is complete; avoid dropping the steel balls.

During installation, do not remove the plastic guide rails from the slider prematurely, as this can cause the steel balls within the slider to dislodge, preventing proper installation and operation. When disassembling, utilize the dummy rail to retain the balls.
Installation Tips:
If guide rails are not used with dummy rails, the sharp edges of guide rails made from No. 55 steel can easily eject the balls from the ball groove.
