Installation Procedure

- Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
- The slider will then slide into the guide rail.
- Installation is complete without the steel balls disengaging from the guide.

During installation, do not remove the protective plastic rails from the slider in advance. Doing so may cause the steel balls within the slider to dislodge during assembly, preventing proper installation and functionality. When disassembling, the protective rails should be used to retain the balls.
Installation Tips:
If installation is attempted without the protective rails, the sharp edges of the guide rail (typically made from No. 55 steel) can easily eject the balls from their designated grooves.
