The FB16 Series CNC Fiber Laser is an intelligent laser machine capable of cutting all types of metals such as Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel, Silver, Titanium, and many more. It comes equipped with an advanced and smart controller that can calculate the shortest cutting path to save time and extend the machine’s lifespan. The machine features high-precision sensors and the fastest torque with the latest 4 Japanese Servo Motors (3000 rpm), reaching speeds up to 50m/min. The CNC Fiber Laser source has a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours.
Machine colors and models can be customized. We offer power options from 500W to 20,000W based on customer requirements. Additionally, an auto-change table option is available.

- Electricity consumption: Fiber lasers use much less power than plasma (approx. 20%). A 1000W laser uses only 2.6A at 380V, compared to 60A-100A for plasma sources. This results in massive monthly savings—potentially reducing a $1,000 electricity bill to just $26.
- Consumables & Maintenance: Plasma cutting uses many nozzles and electrodes due to high pressure and heat. Fiber laser nozzles last much longer, reducing downtime and replacement costs for parts and labor.
- Cutting Speed & Stability: Fiber lasers offer extremely high speeds—up to 10x faster travel than plasma. Due to the low center of gravity and proximity of the column to the table, the machine remains stable at high speeds without vibration.
- Radiation & Stability: Fiber lasers emit significantly less radiation than plasma, which can often cause electrical interference in other nearby equipment. CNC Fiber Lasers are much more stable and eco-friendly.
