Bellow Covers are utilized to protect Ballscrews/Linear Guideways from dust and impact, while also reducing drag force during movement. This extends machinery lifespan and minimizes downtime.

1. End Frames for Bellows

Figure 1: L-shaped frames made of rigid plastic/polymer for easy mounting of the Bellow ends to machinery or other structures.

Features grooves/notches for securing or assembling with Bellow pleats and other mounting hardware.
2. Accordion-Style Bellow Cover

Figures 2-3: The primary Bellow component, featuring an accordion-style fold to accommodate the extension and retraction of linear axes during movement.

Constructed from materials resistant to water, oil, and abrasion, such as PVC Fabric, Polyurethane Coated Nylon, or other composite materials.

Used to cover Ballscrews or Linear Guideways to:

Prevent ingress of dust, metal debris, oil, etc.

Application Method

The ends of the Bellow are secured to the End Frames on both sides.

The assembly is then mounted onto the frame of a CNC machine or an automation system.

The pleated design allows the Bellow to extend with the machine’s linear axis and retract without self-overlap or operational interference.
