Bellow Cover – Dust Protection
The Bellow Cover is designed to protect Ballscrews and Linear Guideways from dust and impacts, while also reducing drag force during movement. This extends the service life of machinery and minimizes downtime.

1. End Frame for Bellow
- Description: An L-shaped frame made of rigid plastic/polymer, used to secure the ends of the Bellow for straightforward integration with the machine or other structures.
- Features grooves/notches for locking or connecting with the Bellow folds and other fastening components.
2. Accordion-Style Bellow Cover
- Description: The primary component of the Bellow, featuring an accordion-style fold that allows for extension and retraction in sync with the Linear Axis movement.
- Constructed from materials resistant to water, oil, and abrasion, such as PVC Fabric, Polyurethane Coated Nylon, or other composite materials.
- Used to cover Ballscrews or Linear Guideways for:
- Protection against dust, metal chips, oil, etc.
- Shielding from external impacts.
- Reducing drag force during axis movement.
Application Method
- The ends of the Bellow are attached to the End Frames on both sides.
- Subsequently, the assembly is mounted onto the frame of the CNC machine or automation system.
- The folded design allows the Bellow to extend along the machine’s linear axis and retract without self-overlapping or obstructing operation.
