Protective Bellows – Bellow Cover
Bellow Covers are utilized to protect Ballscrews and Linear Guideways from dust and impact, while also reducing drag force during movement. This extends machine lifespan and minimizes downtime.

1. Bellow End Frame

Figure 1: L-shaped rigid plastic/polymer frame designed for secure mounting of the Bellow ends to machinery or other structures.

Features grooves/notches for locking or assembling with Bellow folds and other fastening components.
2. Accordion-Style Bellow Cover

Figures 2-3: The primary Bellow component featuring an accordion-style fold, allowing for expansion and contraction with the movement of the linear axis.

Constructed from waterproof, oil-resistant, and abrasion-resistant materials such as PVC Fabric, Polyurethane Coated Nylon, or other composite materials.

Used to cover Ballscrews or Linear Guideways for:

Protection against dust, metal debris, oil, etc.

Installation and Operation

The Bellow ends are secured to the End Frames at both extremities.

Subsequently, the assembly is mounted onto the frame of the CNC machine or automation system.

The folded design allows the Bellow to extend along the machine’s linear axis and retract without self-interfering or obstructing operation.

Sample Installations :
Upon acceptance of quotation, a 50% deposit is required. We will then produce drawings for confirmation. Following drawing approval, production will commence, with a lead time of 25 days.
