Protective Bellow Cover
Bellow Covers are used to protect Ballscrews and Linear Guideways from dust and impact, while also reducing drag force during movement. This extends the lifespan of machinery and minimizes downtime.

1. End Frames for Bellows

Figure 1: L-shaped rigid plastic/polymer frames used for securing the ends of the bellows, facilitating easy mounting to the machine or other structures.

Features grooves/notches for locking or assembly with the bellows pleats and other fastening components.
2. Accordion-Style Bellow Cover

Figures 2-3: The main body of the bellows features an accordion-style fold, allowing it to extend and retract with the movement of the Linear Axis.

Constructed from materials resistant to water, oil, and abrasion, such as PVC Fabric, Polyurethane Coated Nylon, or other composite materials.

Used to enclose or cover Ballscrews or Linear Guideways for the following purposes:

Protection from dust, metal debris, oil, etc.

Protection against external impact.

Helps reduce drag force during axis movement.

Application Method

The ends of the bellows are secured to the End Frames on both sides.

The assembly is then mounted to the frame of the CNC machine or automation system.

The pleats allow the bellows to extend with the machine’s linear axis and retract without self-folding or hindering operation.
