Bellow Covers are used to protect Ballscrews/Linear Guideways from dust and impact, while also reducing drag force during movement. This extends machine lifespan and minimizes downtime.

1. End Frame

2. Accordion-Style Bellow Cover

Images 2-3: The primary component of the Bellow Cover, featuring an accordion-style construction that allows for extension and retraction in sync with the Linear Axis movement.

Constructed from waterproof, oil-resistant, and abrasion-resistant materials such as PVC Fabric, Polyurethane Coated Nylon, or other composite materials.

Used to enclose Ballscrews or Linear Guideways to:

Application Method

The ends of the Bellow Cover are secured to the End Frames on both sides.

The assembly is then mounted to the frame of a CNC machine or automation system.

The pleated design allows the Bellow Cover to extend with the machine’s linear axis and retract without self-colliding or obstructing operation.
