Portable cartridge dust collectors are compact, highly integrated industrial dust collection devices suitable for various dust control scenarios. With increasing demands for flexible layout and efficient dust removal in production sites, these devices play a crucial role in workshop dust control due to their ease of movement and high degree of automation. The design allows for one or two air inlets to meet the dust collection needs of different work locations. A single air inlet is suitable for workstations with relatively concentrated dust sources, such as grinding, cutting, and polishing areas; dual air inlets can simultaneously serve two work locations, improving equipment utilization. Suction hoods or hoses are typically connected to the air inlets to ensure dust is promptly drawn in near its source, reducing dispersion. The equipment contains high-efficiency filter cartridges as the core filtration element. These cartridges generally employ a folded structure design, providing a larger filtration area within a limited space and increasing the processing capacity per unit volume. After dust-laden gas enters the equipment, it passes through the outer surface of the filter cartridge under the negative pressure of the fan. The dust is trapped on the surface of the filter material, and the purified air enters the clean air chamber through the inside of the filter cartridge and is finally discharged by the fan. The cartridge filtration method has the characteristics of low resistance, high filtration efficiency, and relatively convenient maintenance, and is suitable for handling low to medium concentrations of dry dust.

การประกอบเครื่อง :

เสียบสายไฟที่ตัวเครื่อง และกดสวิตซ์เปิด (อยู่ข้างๆกับที่เสียบสายไฟ) จากนั้นทำการเปิดเครื่อง

ทำการปรับลำของตัวเครื่องให้อยู่ในลักษณะเส้นตรง เพื่อให้ฝุ่นและควันเคลื่อนที่ไปเก็บที่ตัวเครื่องได้สะดวกและรวดเร็ว

จากนั้นนำไปประกอบกับเครื่อง

ทำการดัดลำส่วนบนให้อยู่ในลักษณะที่ต้องการ และใส่ปลายของเครื่องดูดฝุ่น

ปรับกำลังของเครื่องดูดฝุ่น

ทดลองดูดควันจากการทำบัดกรีตะกั่ว
