Installation

Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
The slider will engage with the guide rail.
Installation is complete without the steel balls dislodging.

Important Installation Note: Do not remove the plastic retainer rails within the slider prior to installation. Doing so can cause the internal steel balls to dislodge, preventing proper assembly and functionality. During disassembly, the retainer rails should be used to stabilize the slider and prevent ball loss.

Installation Tips: For a stable installation without retainer rails, special care must be taken when mounting onto guide rails made of No. 55 steel to prevent premature ejection of balls from the ball grooves.
