Linear Rail Components

Correct Installation Procedure for Linear Blocks:

- Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
- Slide the block along the guide rail.
- Installation is complete; avoid dislodging the retaining balls.

Important: Do not remove the protective plastic rails from the slider before installation. Doing so can cause the retaining balls to dislodge, preventing proper assembly and function. During disassembly, ensure the protective rails are used to retain the balls.
Installation Tip: Using guide rails without integrated false rails can lead to the ball retaining grooves being damaged and balls ejected when the guide rail’s cutting edge (e.g., hardened steel #55) contacts them.
