Description
Linear Block, Sliding Block
Model Series HGH/HGW
- Must be used with a linear rail.
- HGH denotes a square block linear rail, while HGW denotes a wide (flanged) block type.
- Sliding blocks are utilized with linear rails in various industrial applications, including CNC machinery. They serve to support loads on the linear rail.
- Manufactured from steel or aluminum, these blocks contain internal bearings for locomotion.
- They facilitate smooth, rapid, and reciprocating linear motion along the rail.
- The HGH series features a square profile, whereas the HGW series offers a wide, flanged profile.
Features:
- High precision, smoothness, superior wear resistance, and low noise operation.
- Utilizes advanced manufacturing technology for precise products with high hardness and durability.
- Offers high load-bearing capacity and minimal friction.
- Widely applicable in CNC machine tools, machining centers, electronics, automation machinery, textile machinery, automotive woodworking machinery, printing machinery, and more.

Specifications:
Linear Block: HGH

Linear Block: HGH45HA

*Product color may vary.
Installation:

- Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
- Slide the block along the guide rail.
- Installation is complete. Avoid dislodging the steel balls.

When installing, do not remove the protective plastic rails from the slider beforehand, as this can lead to the loss of internal steel balls, rendering the block unusable. During disassembly, utilize the protective rails to prevent ball loss.
Installation Tips:
If not using protective rails, the sharp edges of the guide rail (made of No. 55 steel) may eject the balls from the ball grooves.

The HGW and HGH sliding rail blocks differ in several aspects based on their application and characteristics:
Structure and Design
HGW (Heavy Load Wide Linear Guide)
- Wide Structure: Designed with wider rails and blocks to enhance stability and weight distribution.
- Load Capacity: Engineered for heavy-duty applications, offering a higher load capacity compared to SBR (Support Rail Guide) blocks.
HGH (High-precision Linear Guide)
- Standard Structure: Features a square profile containing internal balls or rollers.
- High Precision: Provides precise movement, suitable for applications requiring high accuracy.
Load Capacity and Stability
- HGW: Superior load capacity compared to HGH, ideal for heavy loads and applications requiring balanced weight distribution. The wider rail width enhances movement stability and reduces vibration and deflection.
- HGH: Offers good load capacity, though not as high as HGW. It prioritizes movement precision over extreme load handling and is suitable for applications demanding high accuracy but moderate loads.
Applications
- HGW: Used in applications requiring high load capacity and stability, such as heavy industrial machinery, large CNC machines, and robust equipment.
- HGH: Employed in applications demanding high precision and smooth motion, including CNC machines, 3D printers, and manufacturing equipment where accuracy is critical.
Summary:
- HGW: Best suited for applications requiring heavy load capacity and high stability.
- HGH: Ideal for applications prioritizing high precision and smooth linear motion.
The choice between HGW and HGH depends on specific application requirements. For enhanced stability and heavy load support, HGW is the preferred option. For applications demanding superior precision and smooth movement, HGH is more appropriate.
