Installation: Correct Installation Procedure for Linear Blocks

- Align the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently slide the block onto the guide rail.
- Continue sliding the block along the guide rail until fully seated.
- Installation is complete without the steel balls dislodging.

During installation, do not remove the plastic retaining rails from the slider in advance, as this can cause the internal steel balls to dislodge during assembly, rendering the block unusable. When disassembling, utilize the retaining rails to prevent ball loss.
Installation Tips:
Failure to use retaining rails during installation, especially with guide rails made from No. 55 steel, can lead to the balls being ejected from the ball groove.
