Linear Rail

Installation Procedure:

1. Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
2. Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
3. The slider will engage with the guide rail.
4. Installation is complete without dislodging the steel balls.

During installation, do not remove the temporary plastic retaining rails from the slider in advance. Failure to do so may cause the steel balls to dislodge during assembly, preventing proper installation and operation. When disassembling, use the retaining rails to facilitate removal without losing the balls.
Installation Tips:
If not using the provided retaining rails, the sharp edges of guide rails made from No. 55 steel may cause the balls in the ball groove to eject.
