Performance and characteristics :
- This machine adopts hydraulic transmission. The overall welding structure design of the pendulum tool post is reasonable and reliable, offering good operational performance and convenient use of the wedge. The blade mounting surface of the upper blade holder is a spiral surface to ensure uniform blade gap, resulting in high-quality cut sections. It is equipped with a rapid adjustment mechanism between the blades for quick and precise adjustment.
- The stroke of the tool post is steplessly adjusted. The pressing force can be automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the shearing plate. A motorized rear stopper device is equipped with manual fine-tuning. The stopper size and the number of cuts feature a digital display for ease of use. The power supply includes a safety switch and a mechanical interlocking device for enhanced security.

- The host adopts the QC12K series model.
- Equipped with a digital display system: features automatic counting, soft limit one-way positioning, gap prompting for the back gear, and digital display of the back gear position.
- The back gauge is equipped with a position indicator device. Combined with the digital display system, it provides more accurate gear position display after use, thereby enhancing the cutting accuracy of the machine.
