Performance and characteristics:
- This machine adopts hydraulic transmission. The overall welding structure design of the pendulum tool post is reasonable and reliable, with good operational performance and convenient use of wedging. The blade mounting surface of the upper blade holder is a spiral surface to ensure uniform blade gap, resulting in high-quality cutting sections. It is equipped with a rapid adjustment mechanism between the blades for quick and accurate adjustments.
- The stroke of the tool post is steplessly adjusted. The pressing force can be automatically adjusted based on the shearing plate thickness. The motorized rear stopper device features manual fine-tuning. The stopper size and number of cuts are displayed digitally for ease of use. The power supply includes a safety switch and a mechanical interlocking device to ensure operational safety.

- Equipped with a digital display system: it has functions for automatic counting of soft limit, one-way positioning, gap prompting for the back gauge, and digital display of the back gauge position.
- The back gauge is equipped with a precise positioning device, integrated with the digital display system. After use, the gear position display is more accurate, further enhancing the machine’s cutting precision.
