Performance and characteristics:
- This machine adopts hydraulic transmission, with a reasonable and reliable overall welding structure design of the pendulum tool post, good operational performance, and convenient use of wedges. The blade mounting surface of the upper blade holder is a spiral surface to ensure uniform blade gap and high-quality cutting sections. It is equipped with a rapid adjustment mechanism between the blades for quick and accurate adjustments.
- The tool post stroke is steplessly adjustable, and the pressing force can be automatically adjusted according to the shearing plate thickness. The motorized rear stopper device is equipped with manual fine-tuning. The stopper size and the number of cuts feature a digital display device for ease of use. The power supply includes a main switch and a mechanical interlocking device to ensure safety.

- The host adopts the QC12K series model.
- Equipped with a digital display system: Features automatic counting of soft limit one-way positioning, gap prompting for the back gear, and digital display of the back gear position.
- The back gauge is equipped with a code device and a digital display system. The gear position display is more accurate after use, further improving the machine’s cutting accuracy.
