Dustproof Bellow Cover
Bellow Covers are dustproof elements designed to protect Ballscrews and Linear Guideways from dust, impacts, and to reduce drag force during movement. This extends machine lifespan and minimizes downtime.

1. Bellow End Frame

Figure 1: L-shaped rigid plastic/polymer frame used to secure the Bellow ends, facilitating easy mounting to the machine or other structures.

Features grooves/notches for locking or assembly with Bellow pleats and other fixing components.
2. Folded Bellow Cover

Figures 2-3: The primary Bellow component, featuring an accordion-style fold to allow expansion and contraction with the linear axis movement.

Constructed from water-resistant, oil-resistant, and abrasion-resistant materials such as PVC Fabric, Polyurethane Coated Nylon, or other composite materials.

Used to cover or encase Ballscrews or Linear Guideways for:

Protection against dust, metal particles, oil, etc.

Protection against external impacts.

Reduction of drag force during axis movement.

Application Characteristics

The ends of the Bellow are attached to the End Frames on both sides.

Subsequently mounted to the structure of the CNC machine or automation system.

The folded pleats allow the Bellow to extend with the machine’s linear axis and retract without self-overlapping or obstructing operation.
