The BG series of automatic filling and sealing machines are fully automatic, high-speed sealing machines. They perform operations from cup dropping, filling, film releasing, coding, double sealing, and cup ejection. This machine is suitable for filling and sealing liquids, pastes, and powders in plastic cups of various shapes. Applications include products such as mixed grains, biscuits, candies, jelly, yogurt, ice cream, juice, condiments, sauces, soy milk, coffee powder, soy milk powder, sour plum soup, etc.
The BG series automatic filling and sealing machine utilizes a chain stepping transmission mechanism, enabling continuous 24-hour operation. Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials like stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and copper, it complies with Food Sanitation Law standards. Its stable and reliable performance makes it an ideal primary equipment for beverage production lines. The machine can automatically (or manually) place cups.

Configuration:
- The machine frame is welded from channel steel and angle iron, treated with three layers of anti-rust protection, and then clad in 304# stainless steel. Exposed components are treated for rust prevention and made from stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
