Bellow Covers are utilized to protect Ballscrews and Linear Guideways from dust and impact, while also reducing drag force to prolong machine life and minimize downtime.

1. Bellow End Frame

Figure 1: L-shaped rigid plastic/polymer frame designed for easy mounting of the Bellow ends to machinery or other structures.

2. Accordion-Style Bellow Cover

Figures 2-3: The primary component of the Bellow, featuring an accordion-style construction that allows for expansion and contraction in sync with the Linear Axis movement.

Constructed from waterproof, oil-resistant, and abrasion-resistant materials such as PVC Fabric, Polyurethane Coated Nylon, or other composite materials.

Application Configuration

The ends of the Bellow are attached to the End Frames on both sides.

Subsequently, the assembly is mounted to the frame of the CNC machine or automation system.

The pleated design enables the Bellow to extend along the machine’s linear guide and retract without self-overlap or operational obstruction.
