Description
Voltage Stabilizer, Model SBW-80
Model SBW-80 is a 380V, 3-phase, 4-wire high-power input voltage stabilizer. The SBW series features a booster with a capacity of 30-80 kW.
Provides stability within 3-5%.

What is a Stabilizer:
A voltage stabilizer is a device that maintains a constant and stable voltage level, preventing issues such as voltage drops and surges. It adjusts the electrical current to an appropriate level for sensitive equipment like servers, telephone exchanges, medical devices, scientific instruments, industrial machinery, or any other electrical equipment as needed.
The voltage stabilizer is a component used in electrical systems to regulate and stabilize voltage levels. Its operational principle involves monitoring and adjusting voltage to ensure uniformity, thereby enabling the electrical system to operate stably and safely. This is particularly crucial in environments with multiple electrical devices or fluctuating voltage conditions, such as factories and laboratories. In some instances, a 380-volt power supply might fluctuate to 200 or 400 volts. If the connected equipment is not stable, it can be damaged or operate at reduced capacity. The stabilizer ensures that all three phases of the electrical supply are stabilized. Employing a voltage stabilizer helps protect electrical equipment from damage caused by voltage fluctuations and extends its operational lifespan by maintaining optimal voltage levels.
Voltage stabilizers come in various forms, ranging from domestic units to industrial-grade systems. Typically, these stabilizers can handle input power from 1,000 watts to 5,000 watts or more and can operate within voltage ranges from 110 volts to 240 volts. Common types include AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) systems and Servo Motor Stabilizer systems, each differing in their voltage control and adjustment mechanisms. The selection of a voltage stabilizer depends on the specific application and requirements.
Benefits of a Stabilizer:
1. Ensures smooth power delivery.
2. Allows connected devices to operate at full efficiency with consistent current.
3. Reduces the rate of damage caused by electrical instability.
4. Helps extend the service life of equipment.

- Voltage fluctuations and power outages are common occurrences, potentially leading to unstable operation, damage, or reduced performance of electrical equipment. The stabilizer ensures stable power delivery, thereby preventing damage from unstable voltage and extending the operational lifespan of electrical devices.
F1 Regulated Output Value: Do not adjust above 410V.
F2 Overvoltage Protection Value: Default is 430V.
F3 Undervoltage Protection Value: Default is 320V.
F4 Regulated Accuracy Value: Default is 8-10%.
F5-F7: Do not tune.
F8 is the Current Protection Value. This can be fine-tuned. In cases where the customer experiences high instantaneous current, this setting can be adjusted slightly to achieve stability after the current stabilizes, based on the actual situation.
