A significant volume of trays is used throughout the production process. These trays must be cleaned and sanitized to eliminate potential contamination acquired during production before being reused. Therefore, efficient and effective tray washing is crucial to ensure thorough cleaning, sterilization, removal of food debris, prevention of bacterial growth, and absence of chemical residues.
The Industrial Tray Washer is a convenient solution for cleaning various types of plastic trays, baskets, and industrial containers. It employs an efficient washing process to remove residual food particles, which can be a source of contamination. With a cleaning capacity of 200-1000 trays per hour, it significantly accelerates the reuse cycle of trays. The machine is easy to control and operate, requiring only 2 personnel, compared to the 10-20 people typically needed for conventional tray washing methods.
The washing cycle begins with a pre-washing stage to remove adhering dirt, such as soil, vegetable matter, or food debris, using an optimally angled air knife. Subsequently, the trays undergo high-pressure hot water cleaning (approximately 85°C) to sterilize any bacteria that may have accumulated in crevices. Finally, the trays are air-dried, leaving them clean and ready for safe reuse.
