Description
Ultrasonic Cutting 300mm

The ultrasonic transducer and horn assembly is designed for industrial applications, specifically in ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic cutting, and ultrasonic cleaning.
🔎 Details:
- The uppermost section is the Transducer, which converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations (Ultrasonic Frequency approximately 20kHz – 40kHz).
- The middle section is the Booster, responsible for amplifying or reducing the vibration amplitude.
- The elongated component extending outward is the Horn or Sonotrode, used to transmit vibrations to the workpiece.
⚡ Operational Principle:
- The control unit (Generator) generates a high-frequency signal.
- This signal is transmitted to the Transducer, converting it into mechanical oscillation.
- The vibration passes through the Booster, which amplifies its power.
- The Horn then transmits the vibratory force to the object, such as plastic, metal, or other materials.
📌 Applications:
- Plastic Welding without the need for external adhesives or heat.
- Material Cutting (e.g., fabric, plastic, food) resulting in clean edges.
- Vibratory Particle Disruption or Cleaning of delicate components.
