Features :

This automatic stone CNC cutting & polishing machine is a multi-function stone CNC machine. This machine is a fully automated stone CNC machine used for cutting stone slabs, kitchen tops, countertops, and stone processing.

1. It utilizes an automatic control system for full automation in granite and other stone cutting.
2. The blade can be set to 45° for chamfer cutting.
3. It can also perform countertop sink hole cutting and shape cutting.
4. Facilitates stone edge shape polishing.

All-round cooling device ensures no dead zones, extending the service life of the machine.

The entire machine adopts a secondary assembly process. The first assembly determines mechanical accuracy, followed by a quality inspection process. The entire frame undergoes aging treatment, and all cast iron parts are subjected to quenching and strengthening.

Electric oiling with automatic timing ensures lubrication of the slide screw guide rail, extending service life.

The grinding wheel offers a long service life and high efficiency. Its sharpness and longevity are twice that of common grinding wheels in China.
