Description
Voltage Stabilizer
The Stabilizer is a 380V, 3-phase, 4-wire voltage stabilizer. The SBW high-power energy supply model includes a booster.
It helps maintain stability within 3-5%.

What is a Stabilizer:
A Voltage Stabilizer is a device that helps maintain a constant and stable voltage level, preventing issues like voltage drops and surges. It adjusts the electrical current to an appropriate level for sensitive equipment such as servers, PABX systems, medical devices, scientific instruments, industrial machinery, or can be used with many other devices as needed.
The Voltage Stabilizer is an electrical system device used to adjust and stabilize the voltage level. Its working principle involves monitoring and adjusting the voltage level to ensure consistency, enabling the electrical system to operate stably and safely. This is particularly important in locations with multiple electrical devices or fluctuating voltage supplies, such as factories or laboratories. In some cases, the voltage might fluctuate significantly, for instance, a 380V supply could output 200V or 400V. If the connected equipment is sensitive to unstable voltage, it could be damaged or underperform. The Stabilizer ensures stable voltage across all three phases. Using a Voltage Stabilizer helps prevent damage to electrical equipment caused by voltage fluctuations and extends the lifespan of the equipment by maintaining an optimal voltage level at all times.
Voltage stabilizers come in various forms, from domestic units to industrial-grade machines. Generally, voltage stabilizers have input capacities ranging from 1,000 Watts to 5,000 Watts or more, and can handle input voltages from 110 Volts to 240 Volts. Common types include Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) systems and Servo Motor Stabilizer systems, each differing in their voltage control and adjustment mechanisms. The selection of a voltage stabilizer depends on the application and specific requirements.
Benefits of a Stabilizer:
1. Ensures smooth power delivery.
2. Allows connected equipment to operate at peak efficiency with consistent electrical current.
3. Reduces the rate of damage caused by electrical anomalies.
4. Helps extend the operational lifespan of equipment.

F1: Regulated Output Value. Do not adjust beyond 410V.
F2: Overvoltage Protection Value. Default setting is 430V.
F3: Undervoltage Protection Value. Default setting is 320V.
F4: Regulated Accuracy Value. Default is 8-10%.
F5-F7: Do not adjust.
F8: Current Protection Value. This can be fine-tuned. In cases where the customer experiences very high instantaneous current, this setting can be adjusted slightly to stabilize the current based on actual conditions.
