A dual-head hybrid machine with a working area of 1300 x 2500 mm.

This 4-axis CNC hybrid machine is designed for high-speed and high-efficiency operations, capable of both blade cutting and spindle engraving. It features a high-precision Servo Motor/Drive system and is equipped with an Automatic Vision Camera for precise registration. It can cut leather, fabric, rubber, coroplast (future board), MDF, wood, and plastics with extreme accuracy. Built with a 6-leg heavy-duty frame for maximum stability and utilizing high-quality linear actuators for smooth motion. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-performance 3.2KW Spindle/Inverter system.

Control Monitor Cabinet

• Integrated Computer System: Easy-to-use interface with internal shelving. Supports direct file import via USB (Supports .dxf, .gcode, .nc, etc.).
• Design & Cut Software: Create designs and start cutting immediately without the need for complex G-code conversion. Compatible with designs from AutoCAD, CorelDraw, AI, and other vector software. Our team provides full training to ensure customer confidence.
• Vision System: Supports camera registration for cutting printed graphics or photographed workpieces.
• 3.2 KW Spindle: Water-cooled spindle, ideal for drilling and cutting hard materials like wood, acrylic, and light metals.
• Vibrating Knife Cutter: Features high-frequency oscillation at the blade tip for superior cutting of soft materials. The blade rotates 360 degrees, making it perfect for rubber, gaskets, plastwood (3-5mm), stickers, coroplast, and cardboard.
• High-Power Inverter: Drives the Spindle with high efficiency and variable speed control to match specific material requirements.
• Servo Motor System: Provides significantly higher precision, speed, and lifespan compared to standard stepping motors.
• Voltage Transformer: Ensures stable voltage and current for reliable machine operation.
• Cooling System: Integrated cooling to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
• Safety Features: Includes high-quality circuit breakers and protection systems against electrical leakage.
• Z-Axis Motion: Driven by high-precision Ball Screws and Linear Rails.
• X, Y Axis Motion: Driven by high-speed Rack & Pinion and Linear Rails.
• Vacuum Table: Securely holds workpieces in place using suction—no clamps required. Just place the material and cut.

Vacuum Table System Inverter is optional. Standard machines come with a standard vacuum pump without an inverter.

Standard 5.5KW vacuum pump included. Options available: 7.5KW, 11KW (with/without inverter, water-cooled or air-cooled options).

Precision Gasket Cutting

Fabric Cutting: Capable of cutting multiple layers of fabric simultaneously.

Leather Cutting: Clean cuts without debris or burn marks. Unlike laser cutting, the knife leaves no burnt edges.

Ideal for Rubber and Gaskets

Foam Cutting: Excellent for foam materials; the cutting surface is extremely sharp, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing.

Coroplast/Future Board: One of the machine’s primary strengths. Uses a high-frequency vibrating knife for stable and beautiful results.

Cardboard/Packaging: Perfectly cuts cardboard boxes and packaging materials.
