This automatic stone CNC cutting & polishing machine is a multi-function stone CNC machine, fully automated for cutting stone slabs, kitchen tops, countertops, and general stone processing.

1. Utilizes an automatic control system for fully automated granite and other stone cutting operations.
2. The blade is capable of 45° chamfer cutting.
3. Supports countertop sink hole cutting and shape cutting.
4. Equipped for stone edge shape polishing.

Euro 1.3kw servo motor: Provides precise speed control and accurate positioning.

The adopted servo drive motor offers strong impact resistance, anti-interference capabilities, moisture protection, and stability, ensuring sustained stable processing and operation of the equipment.

Spindle 5.5 kw water-cooling: Designed for stone processing.

Inverter EURO 7.5KW.

The BT40 spindle is specifically designed for stone machinery, ensuring processing speed and equipment stability with robust durability. It maintains consistent output torque at high speeds and is resistant to wear and high temperatures.

5.5kw cutting motor.

All-round cooling device without dead angles, extending the service life of the machine.

The entire machine undergoes a secondary assembly process. The initial assembly establishes mechanical accuracy, followed by a quality inspection process. The entire machine bed is subjected to aging treatment, and all cast iron components receive quenching and strengthening treatment.

Electric oiling system automatically dispenses lubricant based on set time intervals, ensuring lubrication of the slide screw and guide rails to extend service life.

The grinding wheel offers extended service life and high efficiency. Its sharpness and durability are twice that of common grinding wheels.
