Tutorial: Automatic Pork/Meat Marinade Machine + Vacuum

1. Disconnect the air hose for connecting to the air pump.
2. Open the marinade tank lid.
3. Add meat and marinade ingredients to the tank.
4. Close the marinade tank lid.
5. Connect the air hose to the tank valve.
6. Open the valve.
7. Press the air release button (observe the indicator needle).
8. When the sensor beeps, disconnect the air hose.
9. Press the start button.
10. Machine is operating.
11. Press the stop button.
12. Press the button to rotate the marinade tank.
13. Close the valve.
14. Open the marinade tank lid.
15. Press the button to align the marinade tank with the tray.
Note: Vacuum extraction from the vacuum Marinade machine and roller operation cannot be performed simultaneously.
Installation and Use
Marinade Meats Automatic Machine / Marinade Machine:
1. Equipment Installation: Install the roller and position the marinating pot.
2. Set Time: Press the power button to turn on the machine. Press and hold the time button for the display to flash. Press the time button to toggle between minutes and seconds. Use the up/down buttons to adjust the time. The maximum time is 99 minutes and 59 seconds. After setting the time, press the time button to save and exit.
3. Loading Ingredients: In standby mode, press the up/down buttons to control the forward/reverse rotation of the marinating barrel and adjust the nozzle direction. Open the roller cover, load ingredients, and close the lid.
4. Roller Operation: Press the start/stop button to begin operation. The roller will stop when the set time expires or when the start/stop button is pressed again.
5. Unloading Ingredients: Press the up/down buttons to adjust the nozzle direction. Open the roller cover and unload the marinated food.
Mechanical Version of Vacuum Marinade Machine: Operation Instructions:
1. Equipment Installation: Install the roller and place the marinating pot. Cut the air outlet as per the guide line.
2. Setting Time: Simultaneously press the TIME, VACUUM, POINT MOVEMENT, and START/STOP buttons.
- Press the START/STOP button to adjust the countdown time for operation.
- Press the VACUUMING button to adjust the vacuum countdown time. After setting the times, press the POINT MOVEMENT button to exit.
3. Loading Ingredients: Press the POINT MOVEMENT button to control roller direction. Open the lid, load ingredients, and close the lid. (Note: The POINT MOVEMENT button is inactive during vacuuming and roller operation. The START/STOP and POINT MOVEMENT buttons cannot be pressed simultaneously).
4. Vacuuming: Connect the vacuum hose to the roller’s valve and open the valve. Press the VACUUMING button to initiate vacuum pumping. Once complete, close the valve and disconnect the vacuum hose.
5. Roller Operation: Press the START/STOP button for the roller to begin working. The roller stops automatically when the set time expires. Upon completion of marination, open the roller valve to equalize cylinder pressure, then close the valve.
6. Unloading Ingredients: Use the point switch to adjust the roller direction. Open the roller cover and unload the marinated food.
