Description
This Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) handheld control unit is designed for seamless integration with a wide range of CNC systems, including but not limited to FANUC, SELCA, HANUC, GSK, SIMENS, MITSUBIHI, FAGOR, NUM, HEIDENHAIN, LNC, SKY, WASHING, NHC, DASEN, CASNUC, GREAT, and other prominent CNC manufacturers. This unit supports control of up to 12 axes and can be custom-configured to output DC24V voltage per customer specifications.

Special Note
Note: Ensure the exposed copper wire is properly insulated for single use, taking care to prevent contact with other wires, components, or the casing to avoid short circuits.
- Thoroughly review this manual prior to wiring to prevent any adverse effects on the handwheel’s operation.
- Reversing encoder polarity can cause damage; verify voltage compatibility (typically 5V, but may vary – e.g., 12V for some Mitsubishi systems, 24V for PLC).
- The COM point must be connected as the common terminal for the handwheel switches to ensure proper functionality.
- Handle the handwheel with care to prevent physical damage. Avoid excessive force when turning the code disc or operating switches, as this may reduce the unit’s service life.
- Signal lines A- and B- are not connected in specific configurations.
- Refer to system documentation for Mitsubishi, PLC, or other systems not utilizing A- and B- signal connections.
