- The linear bearing system provides a low-cost solution for unlimited linear motion in conjunction with the axis shaft. Due to point contact between the ball and the straight axis, the load capacity is moderate.
- Ball circulation at minimal friction allows for high precision and smooth motion.
- Flange-type linear bearings are available in: round flange, oval flange, guide wheel flange, guide oval flange, and extended round flange configurations.
- This system comprises a sliding unit with an aluminum housing, shafts, and an aluminum support rail to prevent deflection.
- The complete sliding unit system allows for precise clamping through simple bolt tightening.
- The support rail unit provides maximum rigidity and stiffness to the shaft throughout its entire stroke, ensuring optimal performance.
