Installation Procedure

- Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
- The slider should slide smoothly into the guide rail.
- Installation is complete once the slider is fully seated without the steel balls disengaging.

When installing, do not remove the plastic dummy rails from the slider beforehand. Doing so may cause the steel balls within the slider to dislodge during assembly, preventing proper installation and function. During disassembly, the dummy rail should be used in conjunction with the removal process to retain the balls.
Installation Tip:
If not using dummy rails, the sharp edges of guide rails made from No. 55 steel can easily eject the balls from the ball groove.
