Installation: Correct Linear Block Installation Procedure

- Place the slider parallel to the guide rail.
- Gently push the slider onto the guide rail.
- Slide the slider fully onto the guide rail.
- Installation is complete; ensure the steel balls are not dislodged.

During installation, do not remove the protective plastic rails from the slider beforehand, as this can lead to the loss of internal steel balls and prevent proper assembly and function. When disassembling, use the protective rails to retain the balls.
Installation Tips:
If not used with protective rails, the sharp edges of the guide rail (especially those made from No. 55 steel) can easily dislodge the balls from the ball grooves.
