Performance and characteristics:
- This machine adopts hydraulic transmission. The overall welding structure design of the pendulum tool post is rational and reliable, offering good operational performance and convenient use of wedges. The blade mounting surface of the upper blade holder is a spiral surface to ensure uniform blade gap and high-quality cut sections. It is equipped with a rapid adjustment mechanism between the blades for quick and accurate adjustments.
- The stroke of the tool post is steplessly adjusted. The pressing force can be automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the shearing plate. A motorized rear stopper device is equipped with manual fine-tuning. The stopper size and the number of cuts have a digital display device for ease of use. The power supply includes a switch and a mechanical interlocking device to ensure safety.

- The main unit adopts the QC12K series model.
- Equipped with a digital display system: It features automatic counting of the soft limit, one-way positioning, gap prompting for the back gear, and digital display of the back gear position.
- The back gauge is equipped with a Burmese code device, integrated with the digital display system. After use, the gear position display is more accurate, further enhancing the machine’s cutting accuracy.
