High Pressure Air (Oxygen Generator)
The High Pressure Air (High Pressure Air) functions as an Oxygen Generator. This system is utilized as an alternative to traditional oxygen, which can be considerably expensive. Consequently, the High Pressure Air system presents a cost-effective solution to reduce production expenses and overall operational costs.
The High Pressure Air system is designed for pneumatic operations in conjunction with CNC Fiber Laser metal cutting machines.

Operating Procedure
- Air Hose Connection: Ensure the air hose originating from the CNC Fiber Laser machine is the same as the one used for Nitrogen (typically blue).
- System Activation: Release the emergency stop button (red). Subsequently, press the NO switch.
- Control Interface: The control screen will activate. Press ‘Start’ to initiate pump operation.
- Operational Readiness: Allow the system to reach the pre-set pressure at the Air Filter Regulator. The system is now ready for use.
High Pressure Air Pump Maintenance
- Maintenance Components: Oil filter, air filter, engine oil.
- Initial Maintenance: Replace the oil filter, air filter, and engine oil (5W-40) after the first approximately 500 operating hours.
- Routine Maintenance: Subsequent replacements of the oil filter, air filter, and engine oil should be performed every 2000 operating hours.
