FB16-1530 CNC Fiber Laser Cutting System – 3000W
The FB16 CNC Fiber Laser is an intelligent laser system capable of cutting various metals including steel, aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, silver, titanium, and more. It features an advanced controller designed for optimal path planning, minimizing cutting time and extending machine lifespan. Equipped with high-speed servo motors and a 3000 RPM drive, it achieves cutting speeds up to 50m/min. This fiber laser system boasts an operational life of up to 100,000 hours.
Customization options for machine color and specifications are available, with power outputs ranging from 500W to 2000W to meet diverse customer requirements. Automatic material feeding and changing systems are also available as optional upgrades.

Fiber Laser vs. Plasma Cutting:

- Power Consumption: Fiber lasers consume significantly less electricity than plasma cutters. For example, a 1000W laser operating at 380V draws approximately 2.6A, compared to a plasma source which might draw 60A or more. This leads to substantial electricity cost savings.
- Consumables: A single fiber laser cutting head can process a large volume of metal, whereas plasma cutting requires frequent replacement of tips and electrodes, incurring additional costs and downtime.
- Cutting Speed: Fiber lasers offer superior cutting speeds, often exceeding plasma by up to 10 times. The machine’s low center of gravity and compact design enable rapid movements without vibration, unlike taller plasma machines.
