Tutorial: Automatic Meat/Pork Marinator Machine (Vacuum)

- Disconnect the air hose to connect to the air pump.
- Open the marinade drum lid.
- Add the meat to be marinated and the marinade mixture into the drum.
- Close the marinade drum lid.
- Connect the air hose to the drum valve.
- Open the valve.
- Press the air release button (observe the indicator needle).
- When the sensor beeps, disconnect the air hose.
- Press the start button.
- The machine is operating.
- Press the stop button.
- Press the button to rotate the marinade drum.
- Close the valve.
- Open the marinade drum lid.
- Press the button when the marinade drum aligns with the tray.
Note: Vacuum extraction from the vacuum Marinade machine and roller operation cannot be performed simultaneously.
Installation and Use
Marinade Meats Automatic Machine / Marinade Machine:
1. Installation: Install the roller and place the marinated pot.
2. Set Time: Press the power button to turn on the machine. Press and hold the time button for the display to flash. Press the time button to toggle between minutes and seconds. Use the up/down buttons to adjust the time, with a maximum of 99 minutes and 59 seconds. Press the time button again to save and exit.
3. Loading Ingredients: In standby mode, press the up/down buttons to control the forward/reverse rotation of the marinating barrel. Adjust the nozzle direction, open the roller cover, load ingredients, and close the lid.
4. Roller Operation: Press the start/stop button for the drum to begin working. The drum will stop when the set time expires or when the start/stop button is pressed again.
5. Unloading Ingredients: Press the up/down keys to adjust the nozzle direction, open the roller cover, and unload the marinated food.
Mechanical version of vacuum Marinade machine, operation instructions:
1. Equipment installation: Install the roller and place the marinated pot. Cut the air outlet along the guide line.
2. Setting Time: Press ‘VACUUMING’, ‘POINT MOVEMENT’, and ‘START/STOP’ simultaneously.
- Press ‘START/STOP’ to adjust the countdown time for starting and stopping.
- Press ‘VACUUMING’ to adjust the vacuum countdown time. After setting the times, press ‘POINT MOVEMENT’ to exit.
3. Loading Ingredients: Press ‘POINT MOVEMENT’ to control the roller direction, open the cover, load ingredients, and close the lid. (Note: ‘POINT MOVEMENT’ is inactive when vacuuming or the roller is operating. ‘START/STOP’ and ‘POINT MOVEMENT’ cannot be used simultaneously).
4. Vacuuming: Connect the vacuum hose to the roller’s valve and open the valve. Press ‘VACUUMING’ to initiate vacuum pumping. Once complete, close the valve and disconnect the hose.
5. Roller Work: Press the ‘START/STOP’ button for the roller to begin operation. It will stop when the set time is reached. Upon completion of marination, open the roller valve to equalize pressure and then close the valve.
6. Unloading Ingredients: Use the ‘POINT MOVEMENT’ switch to adjust the roller’s direction, open the roller cover, and unload the marinated food.
