Operating Principle
- The process begins with the machine’s dough rolling and consistent spiral kneading system, followed by vertical extrusion and compression into a hollow nozzle.
- The filling system precisely cuts and mixes ingredients without water, preventing viscosity issues. Dough is injected into the hollow tube at an optimal speed via the hopper, feeding tube, and outlet.
- Upon reaching the forming point, the dough is shaped into a cylindrical form, extruded, and cut into individual, round mochi units.
- Once formed, the mochi is automatically deposited onto the conveyor belt.
✅ Produces buns with 12 pleats.

Safety Precautions
1. Ensure the ground wire is securely connected before powering on the machine.
2. Maintain an ambient operating temperature between 5°C and 35°C. Air conditioning is recommended for optimal performance.
3. Do not operate the machine while wearing sandals or barefoot.
4. Securely fasten the sealing plates of the forming block before starting the machine.
5. The machine must not operate in reverse direction to prevent internal component damage.
6. An operator (minimum 1 person) must be present during operation. Never reach into the dough kneading screw or filling channels to avoid accidents.
7. Do not insert hands or hard objects into the forming block during startup to prevent accidents and damage to the forming block.
Operating Guidelines
- Users must ensure proper installation and secure locking of all machine accessories. Verify correct installation before operation.
- The automatic bun-making machine requires a proper grounding connection.
- Reverse electrical current is prohibited, as it can cause damage to machine components.
- Never insert hands into actively operating sections.
- Avoid placing tools, instruments, or other solid objects on the machine during operation.
Operates on standard household AC 220 V power.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- After each use, disassemble the bun-making machine for cleaning and reassembly.
- Special forming cutters should be cleaned and lightly oiled for preservation and extended lifespan.
- For components subject to prolonged use, apply grease to lubricate the cam grooves on the forming plates.

Basic Troubleshooting
| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Thin bottom mochi with filling leakage | Mochi is too thick and short, resulting in insufficient space for filling. | Adjust mochi skin thickness or increase mochi height to provide adequate space for filling. |
| Mochi is too thin and filling leaks out | Premature cutting during dough kneading causes filling leakage. | Adjust the spring and rollers around the forming plate. |
| Hollow mochi or uneven filling distribution | Mochi filling is too firm and does not flow smoothly into the barrel. | Adjust mochi filling recipe for a softer, smoother consistency. Ensure ingredient pieces are uniform. |
