Automatic lubrication oil pump with a capacity of 2 liters / 4 liters.
Designed for slideway lubrication in CNC machines, milling machines, lathes, and laser machines.
- Adjustable lubrication time and intermittent duration.
- Includes liquid level switch and pressure switch with audible alarm and abnormal output signal for insufficient oil or pressure.
- Panel indicators display lubrication status and cycle timing.
- RST key for forced lubrication or clearing abnormal reporting signals.
- Overload protection for nozzles and oil delivery lines against high pressure.
- Adjustable oil dispensing and intermittent timing via PC controller.
- Integrated oil level gauge and automatic oil control device in the oil tank. Red indicator illuminates when oil levels are insufficient, prompting refill.
- The pump is equipped with two valves: a pressure control valve and a discharge valve.
